These are estimates, not a quote

Every figure here is indicative and based on the published assumptions. Your actual system size, rebate entitlement and savings depend on your roof, your usage, your tariff and the rules in force on the day you install. We confirm all of it in writing before you commit to anything.

Common questions

What people ask us.

How much does home solar cost?

It depends on system size, roof type and whether you add a battery. We give a fixed written quote after assessing your site and bills, not a ballpark over the phone that changes later. The assessment is free.

What size system do I need?

Most Sydney homes land between 6.6 kW and 13 kW, but the right answer depends on how much power you use during daylight hours. Our solar calculator gives an indicative size in under a minute.

Will solar work on my roof?

Most roofs work, including tile, tin and flat. Orientation and shading matter more than roof material. If your roof genuinely isn't suitable, we'll tell you rather than sell you a system that underperforms.

Do I need a battery too?

Not always. If most of your consumption happens during the day, solar alone may be better value. See our battery page for when storage makes sense.
